• Question: why do biscuits go soft when the packet opens

      This is because biscuits have almost no water in them so they absorb moisture in the air.

      Air has some water in it and biscuits get this water into them because they are very dry so if the packet is opened they will get moisty

      by absorbing moisture from air, that’s why we keep them in an air-tight container 😉
