Question: What was your estimate before you started research on "grain fed or grass fed" meat? And roughly how long does it take you to carry out the research?

  Thanks for your question.. So before I started I would probably have estimated that grass-fed beef would be better, as I knew that grass contained some healthy fatty acids from studying nutrition in university.. However, I wasn’t sure what the grain that cows eat contained so this was just a guess!
  
  The research takes about 3 years as there are lots of people involved for example-Teagasc who breed the grass-fed cows, I have 1 year left to do so I haven’t fully finished yet but soon I will be able to answer the question of whether grass-fed beef actually is better!
