      Vitamins have lots of different functions such as helping us grow, helping all of our organs function, giving us energy..

      Vitamins can do plenty of things, each of them has a different function. Our body needs them all. For example we need vitamin A for good sight and vitamin D to be able to absorb the calcium in the foods.
