• Question: Is it true that you Would starve to death eating only celery as it takes more energy to digest it than you get from eating the celery itself?

      I hadn’t heard of that. But no, it does not take more energy to digest any food than the energy the give to us. The thing with celery is that it is mostly water with a very little of sugars, fats and some minerals. We would need more nutrients to be able to survive really long periods, but it does not take more energy to digest than the one you get from it.

      celery only is not a good choice.
      Your body needs proteins, fats, carbs…

      banana and water is ok!

      I have never heard of that but I don’t think so.. also I think it would be very boring to only eat one thing!
