Cheese which has a small bit of mold can be okay if you cut off the part containing the mold.. however it will depend on the type of mold as some can be dangerous and so it might be best to avoid. Some cheeses have molds on purpose though (such as blue cheese) and these are perfectly safe 🙂

Some cheeses have moulds that are safe to eat. Most of the moulds are safe to eat, the problem is if it is not only moulds but some dangerous bacteria.
