• Question: if i was going to climb a mountain what is the best food for me to bring

      A banana as this is a good source of energy from its carbohydrates along with other vitamins and minerals!

      If it is a big mountain you should make sure you have some food to eat as you walk to keep your energy up. Bananas with peanut butter are a good snack which can give you energy. Rice cakes might be another good option. Also don’t forget lots of water.

      Add my colleagues have said, banana is a good option. Nuts are also a great option. Bed jerky, avocado too
