• Question: if grass fed burgers were better if you fried it would it take away all the nutrients

      Great question! So when we fry foods we tend to add more fat as many people use oil when frying-however you would not loose all the nutrients but it is not good to add fat to our meals.. Therefore grilling is healthier, however you could fry the burger without using oil too as the burger releases fat and water which help to fry the burger!
