• Question: How do they make Coeliac friendly flour ?

      Coeliac friendly flour can be made from a variety of things such as rice flours, coconut flour, chickpea flour.. Most are made with a blend of a couple. I sometimes use almond meal to make coeliac friendly cakes… It keeps them nice and moist.

      THey make that flour out of cereals or other food that has not gluten in it like Ciara’s examples.
