      Fruits and vegetables are both really good for you, vegetables usually contain less natural sugar than fruit but they both contain loads of vitamins and minerals which are good for your health!

      As Elaine said both are really important.. variety in your diet is important so you get lots of different nutrients. Your microbes also like variety!! So make sure you get a good mix of both.

      Elaine and Ciara are right! The bigger the variety the better the diet! Mix different colours and species! Try to eat season fruits that grow naturally not in a greenhouse!

      Both are healthy for you so eat plenty of them. There is a lot of different fruits and veggies, so for sure you are going to find the ones you like more
