• Question: What would u recommend for a good nutritional breakfast

      Protein + good carbohydrates .

      Don’t get used to a same breakfast everyday.

      You can try eggs with wholemeal bread and then try different types of eggs for instance boiled, scrambled, fried, … . Or be more creative and add tomatoes to it!

      One day go for porridge with fresh fruits and nuts

      Another day with milk and honey or low sugar jam and wholemeal bread and natural butter

      Another day with cooked lentils and potatoes and wholemeal bread

      Breakfast is another “lunch” in the day so it has to be as healthy as any other. O piece of fruit and/or some vegetables should be in it. As with breakfast we usually repeat the same breakfast a good strategy to be a good one is a Golnaz has said to eat a different one everyday. But if the breakfast you have everyday is healthy there is no harm in repeating it the next day.
