      Yes they are very good for your eyes as they contain beta-carotenes which is needed for our bodies to make vitamin A. If you are deficient in vitamin A this can be bad for your eyesight.

      Yes they are. They contain a substance called beta carotene that is good and also another one called lutein that is also good for your eyes
