• Question: What’s the difference between natural sugar in fruit and the sugar in chocolate?

      The sugar is the same or similar substance, as in the fruit most of the sugar is called fructose and the one you add to chocolate is sacarose or glucose. The difference is in fruit the sugar is naturally present and fruit has healthy substances that makes that sugar not unhealthy. For example the fibre the fruit has makes you absorb lesss sugar. IN the case of chocolate the suggar is added so all the sugar it has you will absorb.

      Great answer Gonzalo. Fruit also has a lot of vitamins which are really good for you. The fibre and vitamins are what make the fruit healthy which is why it is a better idea to have whole fruit as then you get all the benefits.
