      All fruits contain different vitamins that is why it is important to eat a mix of fruits.. For example, oranges contain lots of vitamin C along with other vitamins and bananas contain lots of vitamin B6!

      Exactly! We need to eat different vegs and fruits to get all the vitamins and minerals we need
