Fish are a good source of protein. They are also a source omega 3’s and fatty acids. Both of these are good for heart health so it is possible that this is how a high fish diet promotes a long life!

Fish has some fats that are very healthy called omega 3. It has also proteins, minerals and vitamins. Japanesse and Spaniards are the ones that live more years and are also the ones that consume more fish in their diets. It is not only eating fish what they make them live longer it is also the genes, the style of life, the sun, their whole diet (not only fish), the exercise they do and so many many things. But yes, fish is a very healthy food.

let’s forget omega 3! fish is good because it has lots of polar lipids : compounds that keep our hearts healthy!

It is not just the fish in their diet! They also consume a lot of rice , tea such as gren tea, olong tea, etc) . so you better take the whole picture.
