Honey is almost as bad as sugar for you. It is less harmful because it has less sugar in it and some other nutrients, but in very low quantities. So the less honey and the less sugar you add to things, the better.
Neither are really good for you as Gonzalo has said but honey might not be as harmful to you as sugar. It doesn’t raise up your blood sugar as much as table sugar will and so is a little better in that way. Honey also has a sweeter taste which means you need to add less to foods to get the same sweet taste. However you should still be careful about how much you are eating.. it should be taken in moderation. 🙂
