• Question: are all fats bad for you?

      No. We have saturated fats and Unsaturated fats and Omega3 fats/
      So we have good fats versus bad fats.
      Fat is essential for healthy mostly for your brain as it consumes fat!
      Saturated ones are often considered as unhealthy.
      Of course anything can be unhealthy in excess dose!

      No fats are a really important part of the diet. As Golnaz said it is important not to eat fats in excess. There are healthy fats in a lot of different foods such as avocados, nuts and fish.

      Not all fats are bad for us, we need some fats to be healthy. But I wouldn’t talk about healthy or unhealthy fats it is better to talk about healthy or unhealthy foods. This is because fats are included in foods and even if a fat is healthier the food is not and also on the other way around, there are bad fats in healthy foods.
